You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the application is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to request immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right once the application has been supplied. If you prefer to keep the right of withdrawal, do not give that consent and write to [email protected]; supply then begins after the 14-day period has ended (Terms of Service, section 10). The information on the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are on the Right of withdrawal page.
Separately, the Sold Through Link Terms give consumers in the European Union a 14-day cooling-off period, requested through Link support. Link decides those requests under its own terms.
Write to [email protected] with a description of the problem, your platform and broker details and your log file. If we cannot bring the service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or refund is processed through Link. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You can cancel at any time in your Link account at link.com. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; after you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and no further payment is taken.
The MANUAL monthly plan starts with an 8-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the 8 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the MANUAL monthly subscription (€49 + VAT/month) starts automatically when the trial ends, €49 plus VAT is charged to your card, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. After that first charge you can still cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of that paid month.
